KILOS FOR KIDS is a nonprofit organization focused on providing children with fitness programs, healthy lifestyle education, and nutrition resources to promote overall well-being and lifelong health habits.
We believe that every child deserves access to quality health and wellness education. Through our comprehensive approach combining physical fitness, nutritional guidance, and lifestyle coaching, we empower young people to build strength, confidence, and healthy relationships with food and exercise that will serve them throughout their lives.
Our Comprehensive Programs
Fitness Programs
Age-appropriate strength training and cardiovascular activities designed to build physical fitness while making exercise fun and engaging. Our certified trainers create safe, supportive environments where children can develop motor skills, coordination, and a love for movement.
Nutrition Education
Interactive workshops and hands-on learning experiences that teach children about healthy food choices, portion control, and the importance of balanced nutrition. We make learning about food fun through cooking demonstrations, garden-to-table activities, and family-friendly meal planning.
Lifestyle Coaching
Holistic wellness support that addresses sleep habits, stress management, and building positive relationships with health and fitness. Our coaches work with children and families to create sustainable lifestyle changes that promote long-term well-being.

Why Children's Wellness Matters
Childhood obesity rates have tripled over the past three decades, making early intervention in health and wellness more critical than ever. Research shows that children who develop healthy habits early are five times more likely to maintain those habits into adulthood.
